Koe Koe Tech is doing some preliminary interviews for hiring a COO. We intend to do this carefully, with several rounds of meetings + discussions over an extended period of time. Please share with your networks and tell interested applicants to send CV + cover letter to email@example.com.
We have a Myanmar-dominant company culture (92% employees are Myanmar nationals), which has a focus on flexibility, patience, and high emotional intelligence. Our COO needs to have these personality attributes.
Some organizations are optimizing the generation and distribution of widgets. We are working with key government and INGO stakeholders to improve the health and law sectors at a macro scale. So it's not just a Chicago School microecon play: the COO will need to have a grasp of larger industrial policy as well as a grasp of rights and liberties.
At the same time, this person needs to have a more traditional COO profile: detail-oriented, precise, tenacious.
Though not required, working knowledge of software development is definitely a plus.
Lead the execution of strategies developed by the top management team.
Be data-driven, with a specific focus on KPIs for monetization and growth.
